Having practiced law together since 1989, first in the state attorney’s office and later in a mid-sized firm, John Oldham and Gregory Smith organized Oldham & Smith  as a two-attorney personal injury firm in 2005. We see our practice as a personalized continuation of the nationally recognized mid-sized firm that we were previously partners in.
