Roy John Morgan
Roy Morgan began practicing as an Air Force JAG at McCoy Air Force Base in 1968. A native of Pennsylvania, he remained in Florida and began his private practice in 1972 practicing exclusively in the Personal Injury field.
During his 36 years of practice he has authored articles dealing with insurance law and personal injury. He has been board certified both by the State of Florida and the National Board as a Civil Trial Lawyer.
Roy has seen the pendulum of justice swing more and more toward removing the rights of citizens to redress the wrongs committed by others.
